1. Tournament Terms & Conditions

1.1 Eligibility

• Open to participants who are 18+ and residents of Kenya.
• Employees of Cheche and its affiliates may not participate.

1.2 How to Enter

• Participants must register/play via the official Cheche Games platform.
• Entry is free unless otherwise communicated.
• One account per participant. Multiple accounts will lead to disqualification.

1.3 Tournament Rules

• Games must be played within the specified tournament period.
• Cheating, use of bots, or unfair play will result in immediate disqualification.
• The leaderboard is final and will be used to determine winners.

1.4 Prizes

• Prizes may include airtime, coupons, digital vouchers, or other rewards as communicated.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.
• Winners will be notified through SMS or in-app.

1.5 Liability

• Cheche is not responsible for network issues, system errors, or technical failures during play.
• By participating, players agree to use the platform fairly and responsibly.

1.6 Right to Modify

• Cheche reserves the right to amend or cancel the tournament at any time without prior notice.

2.4 Rewards

• Rewards are subject to availability and specific campaign rules.
• Cheche is not liable for third-party issues (e.g., network provider delays in airtime delivery).

2.5 Data & Privacy

• By using Cheche Games, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in line with Cheche’s Privacy Policy.
• Data may be used for analytics, personalization, and communication of promotions.

2.6 Intellectual Property
